Visit types
New-patient evaluation ($600, about 90–100 minutes). A full video evaluation: your symptoms and history, past treatment and medication, and what you want to change. For children and teens, a parent or guardian takes part. The first visit is a consultation; an ongoing relationship begins after a second visit.
Follow-ups ($265 for 30 minutes, $420 for 60 minutes). Medication management, and ongoing dynamic talk therapy when that is a good fit. A brief phone question is fine at 773-312-3858.
How visits happen
All visits are by secure video, Monday through Thursday. You need to be physically in Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri during the visit. New patients are usually seen within 1–2 weeks.
Paying and insurance
The practice is out-of-network for all plans and does not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is collected at the visit. Afterward you get a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; ask your insurer how they want claims filed and what your out-of-network rate is. HSA/FSA cards are welcome.
You may cancel or reschedule anytime. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the visit is charged in full to the payment method on file.
